What stays on your Mac
Wow Keywords is a Mac app. Your App Store Connect key is stored in your Mac's Keychain and is sent only to Apple. Your apps, keywords, ranks and history are stored on your Mac.
Keyword checks query Apple's public App Store search directly from your Mac. AI research runs through the Claude Code or Codex app you install and sign in to; their own terms apply to what you send them.
What we receive
Purchase: your email, country and payment details are handled by Stripe. We store your email, license key, amount and Stripe references to issue and support your license. We never see your full card number.
License checks: when you activate or the app checks your license, we receive your license key or activation token, a device identifier derived from your Mac (not its serial number), your Mac's name and the app version. We use these only to enforce the 2-Mac limit and show your Macs on the license page.
Update check: the app asks our server for the latest version number. No personal data is sent.
Email: we send your license key and purchase emails through our email provider (Amazon SES). We don't send marketing email.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your data, and the website runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
Retention and your rights
We keep license records for as long as your license exists, for tax and support. To access or delete your data, email [email protected].
